We invite all others to line High Street in New Windsor and watch The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall being escorted to the New Windsor Fire Department Carnival grounds. Feel free to hold signs of thanks and wave flags. Please stay on the sidewalk as the escort rolls through.
