Stuff A Trailer Care Package Drive for Deployed Service Members
For five weeks, starting Saturday, March 26, 2022 through Sunday, May 1, 2022, Babylon Vault Company is hosting a Stuff A Trailer Care Package Drive for deployed service members. In partnership with America’s Warrior’s Care Package Projects, we will be collecting items to be shipped to deployed soldiers. With deployments on the rise and those currently deployed, we want to send them a little comfort from home through care packages from a grateful community. See flyer for items that our service members and the K9 working dogs would enjoy and could use.
All items must be in new condition, in original sealed package. No homemade goodies are permitted. Snack (individual wrapped items) and travel size items are ideal.
The trailer is located on the corner of Rte. 31 and Wakefield Valley Road in New Windsor, MD (address in the flyer). Trailer is accessible 24 hours a day/ 7 days week. Simply drive up, drop off & drive on.
Handwritten notes and cards are welcome! These uplifting notes are sure to bring a smile to those thousands of miles away from home. Great project for scouts, youth groups, civic groups, families. No last names or addresses should be put on the letters or notes and all should be unsealed.
We appreciate your generosity. Thank you.

Carroll County Stuff A Trailer Food Drive and Operation Feed Our Vets launched
In response to food insecurity during the 2020 Covid 19 pandemic, Babylon Vault Company organized a community food drive. Respecting the state-mandated guidelines of social distancing, a no-contact drop off trailer was placed at the corner of Wakefield Valley Road and route 31. The trailer was accessible for drop-offs 24/7. Through the result of advertising frequent PSA’s on WTTR, the Carroll County Times, and Facebook, over 10,000 pounds of non-perishable food was collected and distributed.
Babylon Vault Company employees organized and distributed the donations to 11 food pantries that served all of the zip codes throughout the county.
In addition, in the spirit of honoring our veterans, Babylon Vault Company organized and hosted two drive up food pantries for veterans and provided produce, fresh milk, bread, eggs and a bag of non-perishable food items. Pet food was also distributed.
Babylon Vault Company would like to thank MCQE, Cold Springs Farm, Local Homestead Products, Weis Market, Sauders Eggs, Hahns of Westminster, Applebee’s for their generous donations to the food drive and veterans food pantry.
