During your visit, expect to find many educational exhibits about the Vietnam War offering powerful insights into the valor and sacrifice of all who served. You will have the opportunity to see artifact displays (such as uniforms, equipment, weapons, knowing the enemy display where you will see Viet Cong uniforms, booby traps, and more). Exhibits will include…

  • Nurses – Over 7,000 nurses provided essential care to the wounded in difficult & dangerous conditions.
  • War Dogs – learn the purpose and importance of the K9 Handlers & their dogs
  • Agent Orange Awareness – learn more about the tactical herbicide used during the Vietnam War and remember the sacrifices of all those affected by their exposure to Agent Orange.
  • Through the Lenses – take a glimpse of the life of a Vietnam Veteran, in country, as seen through their personal photos.
  • POW/MIA Remembrance – learn more about the POWs & those still Missing in Action.
  • Vietnam Artifacts – over 500 Vietnam Artifacts will be on display. Some of the items on display will include communication equipment, various uniforms including the “Tiger Stripe” uniform, Special Ops section, weapons (smoke grenades, booby traps, etc.), “Bouncing Betty” and M18 Claymore mines, Montagnard Crossbow to name a few. There will also be a section called “Knowing Your Enemy” which includes equipment, radio, weapons, their medals, booby traps used by the Viet Cong and the NVA (North Vietnam Army).
